Booking Terms + Conditions

 

Please read our booking terms carefully!

- By booking, you agree to our cancellation policy. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or move an appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given, we require 50% of the appointment cost to be paid. If you do not turn up to your appointment with no prior notification, 100% of the cost will be requested. We are unable to re-book your appointment until this cost has been paid.

- All new clients booking colouring services are required to call in to the salon for a consultation and patch test within 1 week of booking the appointment. If this is not carried out in salon within the 1 week time period, we may have to cancel your appointment. Please call the salon to arrange your consultation, or just pop in!

- The service you select online may not be the service you actually require once your consultation has been carried out. This means that the price and length of your appointment may change from what you see online.

- We take pride in our work and will take as much time as is needed to carry out colouring services. Creative colouring services can take 4+ hours... so bring snacks!
